Superb innings for Eleri (a.k.a WILL.I.AMS)

On the 29th June 2010, Cressely Ladies played Burton Ladies in the Skelfayre Cup competition; Burton batted first and scored 132 for 3 off 20 overs with Elaine Scale scoring an amesome 62 not out. Cresselly opened the batting with Eleri Williams and Rebecca Williams who was caught for a total of 17. Eleri was eventually run out in the 15th over for a superb total of 56; an impressive and solid batting performance which included 6 fours. Eleri was supported by Molly Furnival-Doran who was not out for a total of 25, giving Cresselly a finishing score of 118 at the end of the 20 overs. This great batting effort by Cresselly meant a close finish but the 132 total eventually proved too large for Cresselly.
